Do I need any experience to join?
No experience needed! We provide Blood Pressure Screening training and all other training necessary to volunteer.
What is the time commitment?
To become a member and remain active, attend at least two GBMs every semester! All blood pressure screenings that we hold are voluntary and sign-ups will be sent in GroupMe!
Why should I join?
We have opportunities for people looking for clinical hours, service hours, or to have fun! We are a club that is active within our community and we want to be active in giving back!
What types of events do you guys have?
We have blood pressure screenings at local homeless shelters and fundraising events on campus. Some service events that we've had at our GBMs include making cards for homeless children, painting tote bags for cancer patients, clothing drives, and food drives. We also frequently collaborate with other organizations on campus!
